I think this is one of the main advantages of the game, that Asuna only cheats with Inoda.

I was only interested in possible NTR endings with good and bad outcomes, and for me any ending that Inoda wins is a bad ending, I would love to see him fall down, and that doesn't mean necessary that Kirito wins, just it would be lovely to see an NTR game for once where the first antigonist become eventualy the cuck through an even better guy.

Authors rarely remain neutral towards their characters. Inoda is practically the only orginal character of the foreground. Ask yourself, how did Fujino come up with Inoda? Is this his school enemy? Is this the neighbor who was constantly harassing him? Or is it Fujino himself and was beaten up in childhood for saying that Kirito was not worthy of Asuna. Fujino grew up and made a game in which he takes Asuna away from Kirito, as if his revenge on the offenders.
Remember Inoda's luck level, and the description of the perks (if you've read them). Inoda gets everything... What kind of neutrality is there...?

I personaly had the pleasure in my exes who cheated on me, came back to me begging me to take them back and could tell them "no". I don't need to humiliate them, that they did themself. And yes it true, the world keeps going even if Kirito moves on and find new girls, Asuna never been good for him, but it was love makes blind situation, she had good traits but she was also damaged good, so I don't see either Pignoda or Kirito win with her, who knows the more Pignoda damage her, could lead she go mental and slash Piggies throat in the end.

All the characters there are 18-19 years old, what do they know about life? All thoughts are only about games and sex... or about sex games. If it were in real life:
Asuna would have grown fatter than Inoda after 3 births.
Inoda would have abandoned her, because why would he already have an ugly Asuna, after which he would have died of diabetes at 44.
Kirito would have withdrawn into himself and severing all ties with the world would have become a freelance programmer or game tester.
Suguha, after Kirito refused to get in touch, finally went crazy and killed Asuna and she was sent to a psychiatric hospital. Asuna's children would have been orphaned and cursed their parents for the rest of their lives.

However, in Fujino’s world, Kirito wasn’t able to save her for unknown reasons, which led to the PTSD. So, it’s just bad luck for them, I guess. You could argue that she’s just sick and blame her parents for not keeping her safe after this. But tbh, all these retcons just made the story messier with way too many inconsistencies.

It just speculations, it fun, but there just many possible outcomes no matter what, doesn't mean Fujino will make them, for all know he could make Asuna and Inoda marry and have a happy ever after. Though not everyone would wanna see that, including me, but after all he is the god of his own VN and can decide what will be outcomes.

The disease is a pretty good explanation if you need to make such rapid changes in Asuna look more realistic. After all, a little more than a month has passed in the game and Asuna, who had been Kirito's fiancee and girlfriend for several years, abruptly became a suddenly she became a slave to a member of Inoda.
Even the fact that Kirito is bad at sex is a so-so explanation, so he came up with Asuna's sexual torture from Oberon and the disease. In the first part, there was a dream where Asuna rode Oberon, but there it was just a dream, it was not explained in any way. Apparently, because of such moments, Fujino decided to abruptly end the first part on version 0.41 and make a story game.
I wouldn't be surprised if there's a scene in the future where Kirito shouts, "Asuna, what's wrong with you? I don't recognize you." Asuna "Blah blah blah I'm a slave to Inoda's dick, I love his fucking dick" and ahegao in full screen.
