Or an analogy I like to make. Festival with 10 orange juice stands and 10 with apple. The NTR ones would just have the orange juice while the vanilla ones would ask at the orange juice stand if they offer apple juice. And then also make sure to say that you should offer apple juice instead or otherwise I wont buy from you.

All these warnings or buttons forvanilla players and they would still ask for either NTR to be removed or is it avoidable.
Some are from his pov, in the gallery room. But yeah you just have to have a save right before it happens if you wanna see some things that aren't in the gallery. The easiest one i can recall is when Kirito goes to Liz in the house while Inoda is fucking Asuna in the kitchen, you get the internal view shot, and I don't think you can see that from the gallery.
Edit: Some of the Kirito POV for some scenes can be seen by changing the setting in the gallery room to have the world/scenes be hidden. It usually just makes Asuna look more like a shadow/silhouette in some scenes.
