That would go against his file naming scheme, he's always named the censored version with the letter "c". The chinese version is labeled differently like this.

Mega free is 5GB, has been for ages if your using a VPN and it cuts out before 5 then someone beat you to it, change the connection to another location and try again, no issues with Mega here.
