It seemed in this update Fujino was really trying to push the affection close to 500 quickly. What did Inoda even do this update to increase affection? Every time we saw he was being a ass or annoying to Asuna.

He threw out phrases that he wouldn’t allow himself too much in irl, and she was like - “How is it not too much?? Nothing is allowed!” and +10 to affection.
By the way, we didn't really talk about this, but Inoda can now do whatever he wants with her while she's in the fog. Thanks to Kirito's help, the camera won't save her now. Moreover, the update ends here, Inoda got out of the fog earlier than Asuna thanks to Liz

No, he still can't do anything he wants when she is in FOG. When something happens to her body when she is in FOG, she feels it. Anytime when she was not asleep in FOG and when Inoda was doing stuff to her real body, he only got away with it because whatever he was doing it matched what was happening to her in-game so she didn't think it was strange. Like the time the boss casted a spell to make her move slow and she felt something weird with her feet. Inoda in the real world was using her feet for a footjob. If he suddenly started fucking her when she in FOG then she feel something weird and log out to find out what. The battle scenes are good but I can't believe that there is not Asuna's POV in FOG, not IRL scene, the event where she tries on the new summer clothes that Liz brings her and what made me most angry was the final part from the update Asuna is being fucked by Inoda in the 2nd FLOOR Warehouse and there is NOTHING. I just watched this scene, and all the boss's debuffs only affected Kirito, and Asuna keeps saying that she's fine. Her leg itches, but her heart gets a little warmer. And when he casts poison, and Inoda starts licking her, she says, "It's weird... it doesn't show the poison status... but I feel sleepy... and my body is getting hot...". And when Inoda forces her to give him a blowjob, and the demon casts silence magic again, she doesn't even say anything strange, she feels it, she just removes the spell from Kirito. But since Inoda timed his actions with the bosses' bad status effects, Asuna thought what she was feeling was from something in-game not IRL. If her feet or her heart suddenly felt weird and she wasn't doing something in-game would affect those areas, wouldn't she log out and check if something was wrong?

Inoda if he couldn't see what was happening to Asuna in-game like on a monitor or something just means he is every lucky. If you want the fireworks scene in Part 1 you can also see he timed his actions with what is happening in-game perfectly. Like forcing his dick in her month when she was kissing Kirito.
