I mean, at the end of the day, this IS a NTR game, interesting/more developed aspects of the plot aside it doesn't change how it's 99% based on completely impossible, unlikely, and even outright retarded circumstances to even take place, like almost all NTR content of actually existing series/couples is, so yeah, only by accepting that you can enjoy the game really XP (Or at least a part of it like me with the Sugu plot lol)

NTR = stealing girlfriend, if the bastard fucks someone who has nothing to do with the relationship like Suguha or Sinon, I wouldn't call it ntr at all even if Kirito and Suguha are cousins.
NTR It doesn't mean to humiliate and try to hurt the boyfriend, it's just pure sadism that has nothing to do with the game.
If Inoda fucks other girls, I don't see why one should rejoice, they are not part of di ntr, ntr only works on Asuna

NTR doesn't work on Asuna anymore either. She does almost everything voluntarily or after short persuasion. Plus, the relationship between Kirito and Asuna is very poorly shown. They look more like classmate friends than a couple. So it's very difficult to say that Kirito is suffering in any way. And he's fucking other girls pretty well himself.

upd. - It feels like there's only NTS left in the game between Alice and Klein. And the fact that Asuna and Kirito are just "cheating". They fuck with others, pretending that they are, like, a couple.

If this Kirito and Asuna had the same strong relationship as the canon couple I doubt anything could break them up. So Fujino had to change their backstory and add A LOT OF BS to make their breakup happen. But now it seems like the game lasted too long and everyone is burned out. Fujino seems like he simplifying the game to finish it and I am getting bored with each update since it is all scenes I seen before and there is no emotional weight to the cheating anymore.

Sugou hates/wants to take revenge on Kirito, which, yeah, would make sense if this was the canon character...except that, he isn't. Kirito didn't do jackshit in this timeline to stop him, it was all Asuna's dad who randomly somehow fixed things and got Asuna saved, which was the plot-excuse Fujino gave for Kirito never having gone to ALO and to make his relationship with Asuna post-SAO even shittier, but...he fell into his own plot hole because that would meant this Sugou Nobuyuki has NO REASON to be angry at Kirito, just at Asuna's father, yet he still hates him rabidly like he was the one who frustrated his plans XD

Just remembered—if I'm not mistaken, the Admin actually talked about Sugou somewhere around mid-game. She seemed fond of him and blamed Kirito for getting rid of him. I think this was even before Fujino announced that he had made up his mind about how the story should progress and before the council was a thing.
