I agree, it was a great update, but you know, people will forever complain unless Fujino makes every update 95% of Asuna getting NTRed by Inoda, and the other characters just get 5 seconds of screentime, is just the sad reality we live in

Alice and Klein are the weaker side characters, but I mainly think their role in the story is to just give an excuse for Kirito to interact with Sinon, Suguha/Leafa, and Hebishima in the underground.
Yeah, same, while I DO think Alice's plot is the most shoehorned in of the 3, I like that Fujino at least is mixing things up more to justify developing both secondary plots at once with their events, though his insistence in keeping them firmly separated still feels a bit more forced when he does it XP
