The fuck is everyone talking about? The entire story is Asuna slowly admitting that she does actually like sex with Inoda. She's finally vocalising some of her feelings and is now willing to have vaginal sex outside of the game. Despite this, she's still rationalising her actions. The agreement to act like Inoda's sex friend during quarantine is simply an extension of her FoG logic: it doesn't count because it's happening in this siloed off space, and everything will go back to normal when she returns to her real life. And besides, it's not like she's the one initiating it. The reasoning is even flimsier here, sure, but she only needs to convince herself.
Well, first of all, I think everyone understands that this is a blatant display of hypocrisy and nothing will stop after quarantine, because it doesn't make sense. If this happens, it will last until the first sex with Kirito (for example, which she promised him when she returned), and there will be a scene in which Asuna, in her thoughts, admits to herself that she misses Inoda and sex with him. It looks like another successful manipulation by Inoda and Asuna will come back to him on her own. But!!! Remember all of Asuna's recent thoughts and actions. She says she won't do something and immediately does it, denies Inoda something and immediately agrees to it. She became two-faced and hypocritical even in her thoughts. So all these decisions about breaking up after quarantine can be safely ignored, since they don't make much sense.
And sex before the ritual was Fujino's stupidest decision, he could have postponed sex until after the ritual. Something like Asuna and Kirito quarreled over surveillance and she has sex with Inoda to calm down and feel desired. And what we see is that Asuna left her boyfriend one-on-one with the boss (she's a healer in the game, let me remind you), abandoned her injured friend (she's a HEALER, let me remind you again) and decided to have sex, while admitting to Inode's sympathies, completely ignoring the fact that Kirito is doing something there (maybe dying)for the sake of their dreams. And if Kirito had died there, I'm sure Asuna would have blamed him for everything and would have been offended in addition. It was after that scene that Asuna, for me, turned into just a piece of dirt that I don't even want to think about. And the only thing she remembered, judging by her status, was that Kirito was watching her, not that he was tearing his ass off to fulfill her wish. Although I think she was just afraid that he would discover them, but once she realized that it was just a heart monitor, instead of slowing down, she continued to behave as if Kirito had ruined her whole life.
Everything that happened next, all this talk about breaking off relations after quarantine, it already looked like nonsense. Judging by the dialogue that the Honorable 900bs threw at us, Asuna doesn't give a damn about her previous thoughts and actions at all. She gets fucked- she likes it, that's the whole character.
