Well, the question was Council OR Sugou (Who is a third party) I think, Fujino just didn't want to spoil anything. :sneaky:
True again, but my reasoning is simple about Suguo, the council want to use Kirito for something but they dont give 2 fucks about him and they have some people who are even in his "side" like Sinon or Agil.
Now Inoda and Suguo as characters share the same motivation both despise Kirito so is easy/logical to pair these 2.

Idk, Sinon have her own agenda just like Suguha, their partnership is just by convinence of both. I don't see suguha wanting to share Kirito with Sinon.
Sinon will drop her if she is not usefull, Sinon is keeping tabs on Asuna for a while now for no clear reason and knew about Inoda but didn't warn Suguha about it, why? dont know.

The Suguha plot for most people is endup as some sort of consolation prize for Kirito which is lame as fuck.

About being pull out of shit are you sure about that? Fujino only trade places she is Hebishima now and Kirito is her, sugu is doing the same shit to Kirito as hebishima did to her.
Well, Suguha is certainly a consolation prize, but it's still a prize. At least I believe Suguha will be able to get Kirito out of this mess if Fujino gives her a chance. The main thing is to believe.

from the way you say it it seems like you want everything to end badly, this whole pessimistic vision, everything in shit has to end, then there are several things, either you are a seer or you collaborate with Fujino, either you're Fujino disguised as Inferno or you're going crazy xD

Fujino talked about different endings based on our choices, but choices of what? We have to choose how we want to be cuckolded? Happy? Sad? If you choose A you are a cuckold and choose B you are a cuckold the same, unless the choice of who Kirito wants to be with, then I could call it a real choice

They also have a reason to hate each other, since Inoda practically took Asuna. And Inoda and Sugo's hatred of Kirito looks like a childish resentment.

"He has a beautiful toy that I don't have. How bad he is."

It's hard to build something serious on such motivation that look like the motivation of Dr. Evil: "I'll blow up the whole world because my breakfast was taken away from me at school."

At the end of the Fairy Dance arc, Kawahara Reki portrayed Sugo exactly like that - an adult child with an inferiority complex and childish resentments. In the beginning, he behaved normally like an adult, but as soon as Kirito came to him, he almost stamped his feet like an offended kid. It has nothing to do with Fujino's game, it just seemed similar. In the original, Sugo had a motivation - by marrying Asuna, in the future he would receive the company of Asuna's father, respectively, money and a job. Asuna herself was a beautiful addition there, but not the main reason for Sugo's actions. And what motivation does Sugo have here, other than "I want a beautiful girl"?

and if Sugou finds out that Kirito lost Asuna and that Asuna belongs to Inoda, will he start stealing Asuna from Inoda? that would be funny, after all these years, Inoda becomes a cuckold xD

It's a pity that Fujino loves Inoda too much for such a turn.

It's only logical there's no passion about it, first have you ever seen a NTR story with a happy ending? Sure as hell i didin't.
NTR game you play to lose either way.
About this story in particular do you really think anyone deserve a happy ending? Sorry to break to you but no even Kirito deserve a happy ending, he was manipulated, cheatead, raped, drugged, humiliated by his own choice.
You can say he didn't know because this or that fair, but what did he always knew and allow to happen his GF being all the time with a dude even alone with him in his flat, and never had said a thing to her.

I'm just a realist i've play this game with the knowledge that everyone in this story is piece of shit and i'm cool with that, i'm not fantasize about a happy ending in this scenario, now you tell me who is crazy

sure I've seen them, they're called multiple endings, the fact is that if you've never seen happy endings it doesn't mean they don't exist, but to do so means trying harder
I won't list the games because it's not in the rules.

I've seen dozens of NTR with happy endings. Everything depended on the election. The point is to make an NTR game with a happy ending, there are 2 options:
Hard level - The author thinks over the plot line so that the movement towards a bad\good ending looks logical and through the whole game it is clear what you are aiming for.
Easy level - The author just lets you choose at the end whether to forgive your wife/girlfriend or not.

Since there are no obvious plot choices in Fujino's game, there's nothing stopping him from taking the easy way out and just making an ending in which Kirito forgives Asuna and becomes a cuckold, or sends Asuna the fuck away and walks off into the sunset with Suguha. A good ending is a subjective concept.

Just hide it with a spoiler. One of the good ones that you can immediately recall is Nebel Geisterjager. However, in this game you have to try to get a good ending. Literally, it is necessary to catch the girl by the hour so that she is not intercepted.

This is exactly why I don't read NTR stories. Why abuse ourselves like this? If this game wasn't based on Sword Art Online I would have been out of here months ago :sneaky:

This only speculation at this point we don't even know if they will have any contact.
I wonder what reason the council have to go after Inoda after all this time, they even know about him and never did anything.
You said yourself is a shit motivation for both and i agree, but it's a starting point that's all it needs to be. From there is about the author creativity.
And if Sugou motivation is i want a beautifull girl and fuck with Kirito, see how is easy to come up with something.

always you, why do you think that in the game the characters make choices on their own initiative, as if it wasn't Fujino who gave each character the part to play? If Kirito didn't lift a finger while Asuna was being fucked by Inoda, it's because Fujino decided to do it that way, and not because Kirito is stupid, deaf and blind, it all depends on Fujino and not from the protagonist who is already tortured, hindered, kept away from Asuna, not to mention the latter who said so many bullshit things to Kirito so as not to make him suspect

a good ending usually exists in games where you have to pay the debt and to get the money, the girlfriend he has to give her ass xD but once the established amount is reached, you pay the debt and you're happy like before except the girlfriend's ass xD

Well most of those games if you try to avoid the NTR content you get basically nothing as reward only the fact the mc didn't get cucked which i hardly classify as a happy ending is just avoiding the inevitable for now.
Let's face it if someone play a NTR game they know what they are getting into, i give you that if is for the challange of finishing the game completelly with all endings nice total respect, but i never knew anyone who play ntr games and only did the non cuck ending.
