Same.
The pacing was definitely better in part 1, especially the last hour of it or so.
More or less had to play 1-handed there
Part 2 still does some things well enough, especially the dungeon stuff.
It's just the kinda convoluted main story, lengthy "slice of life" segments and relatively high percentage of liz/sinon content (which isn't even really NTR since they're not really LIs of Kirito) that makes part 2 drag on longer than it should have.
I still enjoy it enough to follow the game, but I kind of hope Fujino won't drag out the finale too much.
