what is the difference between part 1 and from Saikey Translation? And how to understand parts 1 and 2? Should I play them one by one?

Saikey Translation is the Part 1 with a better English Translation, but names of characters are replaced to avoid problems with SAO rights.
Part 2 continues the first one, but they can be played separately (Part 1 was finished, Part 2 is ongoing).

Next update might actually be fire; we're getting the Asu/Ino pov of the treehouse, and MAYBE even a massage scene. They've crossed the lewd threshold again, so they might be another sex scene. Unless Asuna pulls back again, and Inoda has to work her up to full sex again.
this is exactly what I really hope we dont do. I want the treehouse POV, some rationalization for why things happened the way they did, then resolve moving forward its okay. If we do this whole one step forward 2 steps back again I swear.....

That should not happen since at the end of the update Asuna gain the perk that says virtual sex is alright because it is not real. So she will at least be willing in FOG.

nah man. asuna and inoda s povs were much more interesting to see. the scenes in the prologue in part 2 after the end of part 1 were peak for me.
to see and read the thoughts of them both, so witness how everything unfolded, to see asunas change and corruption of behavior and thoughts...
we will DEF need this before a new scene... he could also make asuna remember all those scenes while the massage. that would be hot too. like when asuna remembered the storm night through inodas touches during the tree boss
If Inoda gets a blowjob before Kirito, that actually will be a massive indication of Asuna's fall as she has made it clear she won't do them. Inoda will definitely get the blowjob before Kirito. In fact I would surprised if Kirito ever gets BJ from Asuna. Maybe Suguha will give him one. Blowjob is the one thing she will not do for anyone.
