I've seen several people complaining about the game shifting more towards NTS instead of NTR. You can still play the pure NTR path, but you'd have to choose a faithful Kirito, which would drastically change the impact of events from a narrative prospective. I know we only have corrupted Kirito save files from Fujino right now, so the only option would be to start a new game from the latest chapter, choosing to stay faithful and neutral towards friends' needs.

Honestly, though, I can’t see why anyone would willingly skip all the Suguha content—but hey, I promised myself I wouldn’t judge… even if they have objectively wrong tastes!

Well, Fujino easily bypassed the canonical Alice. There's only a 3D model left of Alice. What prevents Fujino from just leaving Yui's model, but making a little scum out of her, who whispers in Asuna's ear so that she throws the idiot Kirito and fucks Inoda as often as possible. Fujino will make her the living engine of the plot.

And Yui will probably look like a bimbo with a 6 breast size and can naturally increase to ride on Inoda's penis. Well, it's Fujino...

You know, the saddest part is that you're not even that wrong, especially on the last part: Fujino DID redesign Da Vinci Lily in the Nero Remake so it was still her but looked more like a barely-teen than the outright loli she canonically is, and she had H-scenes, so if he actually DID bring Yui and completely changed her mind until making her basically an OC with her looks like Alice I wouldn't be surprised if he also turned her into a slut to add to Inoda's harem...

I'd say, only from a technical POV, but narrative-wise, it would be a whole other story. In a pure run, you play as a Kirito who is faithful, willing to help his friends without getting anything back and not lusting after other girls. Despite that, he suffers and loses his love interest without doing anything wrong. That's pretty much NTR basics.

In the underground brothel, to obtain info, with Alice and Klein, instead of going upstairs he is tp'ed to a hospital, all rooms empty except Hebishima's and cannot go in... I have applied the fix. How can I continue the quest?

If you applied the 601 fix already then it is a bug. You have to wait until someone gives a fix for it. Fujino won't make anymore fixes until next release at least. Lucky there is a user here who makes fixes.

Well like I said it's only a question of perspective.
But in this particular script is not going to make much of a difference you will end up as cuck.
The difference between NTR and NTS is being a willing cuck or not that's is my point.
As you said before people are ok with cheating but not being cuck by choice.
And if you think about it the plot in the way it is been developed don't guarantee anything for the player who chose been unfaithful because NTS is been push hard now so the question is why bother give the choice there's no happy endings anyway.

I fixed by reloading the auto save and going straight to the bathroom, clicked the pc after. Don't know if it helps or if it was just luck.

It would actually make more sense if those scenes weren’t available unless you triggered them. That way, as the player, you wouldn’t know what’s going on behind Kirito’s back, like him not getting aroused by Asuna (without realizing it’s Suguha’s fault). We don’t know how the story will unfold from now on, maybe he’ll be a cuck anyway, but so far, if you follow the oblivious path, that’s pretty much mystery NTR.

If Fujino really would have planned everything in such a way that he would even have a clue which events in the memory room are open and which are closed, then I can only send my compliments to Fujino.
