I mean, if I remember correctly, Fujino didn't say he wouldn't make a Part 3; he just said he would finish Part 2 with version 1.0. or at least he will try. That doesn't mean the story will be finished at that point.

Well I do not know... Fujino used to talk about 1.0, but nothing prevents him from continuing to make the game, 1.1, 1.2, and so on.
