About Suguha i don't know to be honest about pressuring Asuna that could have the inverse result making her wary and get closer to Kirto.
Her motivation is split them apart, the only way for that to work is with a rock solid proof and Suguha using that to blackmail Asuna anonymously and giving a ultimatum to her like piss off and break up with Kirito.
She can't use the recorded ted bear confession because Asuna would know who is behind the blackmail, since Suguha is the only one with access to Kirito flat besides her for that she need something else.
Inoda also knows about her "Protectiveness" toward Kirito since the Liz rape.
The way for "pressure" kind work is only by gossip and rumours get to Asuna by a "friend" like Sinon.

The problem with the idea of Suguha blackmailing Asuna it's suguha own actions/past, if someone find out about that is game over, her character is way too fucked up so for that to work in the story she need a way to expose Asuna without exposing herself, and remember is not only Asuna that she will blackmail inoda wil be involved too.

Fujino already told us that Inoda/council/sugou will interact in the future, we don't know why but what we do know they know who Flora/Laefa really is and what she's being doing and did behind the scenes, he get this information and blackmail her about expose her to Kirito, with that all her leverage/credibility goes to shit.
Maybe suguha don't get the chance to do anything because she is togheter with sinon and she is fighiting with others members of the council so they give suguha past to Inoda to make her backoff or as payback.

Mt. Fujino will likely take a break for some time after this one due to all the stress that this project made for him. Sadly there is a group of people that harassed him and his work. This has sadly led him to make comments about how he "wanted to give this project an end sooner". So sadly this means the project might be the end of his work for a little while, but I hope it does not stop him from wanting to make things due to that toxic group.
