I think this level won't be enough. At this level, Kirito is ready only if it is necessary to help Sinon or just a hand job from Suguha. I think it takes 70-80+ for Kirito to start voluntarily cheating in the real world and, perhaps, look at Asuna's betrayal with a different look.

Honestly, his biggest betrayal of Asuna wasn’t with Suguha it was with Alice irl. With Suguha, yeah, he agreed to bathe together, but I doubt he expected her to go that far even if he didn’t resist. But with Alice, it was a different story: he consciously agreed to it on his own.
If we're talking about Fog, then yeah, Sinon’s definitely the main one there. But personally, I rank Fog lower than irl events for me, the stuff that happens irl carries way more weight.

That's why Kirito ran away so quickly when he left Alice's office. I don't think you should blame Kirito too much for this. On one hand, yeah, but on the other, he’s not that naive. In that scene, right before the choice, he clearly realizes that it’s all been set up by Klein. Then we’re given the option to accept or decline Alice’s offer to 'help' us.
And honestly, it seems like he ran off more out of embarrassment than anything else. Even back in the hospital, when Klein made his first suggestion, he would always blush deeply.

or is it just adding some previous perspectives as stated in the comments section?

This update will add new scenes and progress the story. Also it will update the existing gem cave maze with new Asuna dialogue.

which update are you referring to? the one that's due out or the one at the end of June? when you talk about new scenes, what are you referring to? the dialogue scenes?

Most likely to be on monday judging by the last report Fujino have around 10 to 15% to do, but that remains to be seen.
And he gave mid of may as deadline, and he sttill need to start the 30 of june update.

I'm also kinda lost, next week update was supose to be just one extra scene and some dialogue rework, but now as far i understantd Fujino will do a "normal" but short update where we can interact because he's refering to as a Asuna Event and not a simple scene anymore.
He didn't say anything about others characters, and as we know FOG is offline if i've had to guess i think this next update will cover most of the the hotel arc leaving behind the last day as a kick off for the "big update" in june 30.
Since the dialogue always says "the last few days" that means is more then 2 (couple) but last then a full week, i think it will cover Sunday. Monday, Tuesday, by wednesday they will left the hotel.

Yes the old crystal cave will only have new dialogue, no new CGs. But there are NEW Asuna scenes that will happen on new days.

So while grumbling about my displeasure about the direction Suguha's story went in a thought occurred to me. 'Did Hibeyima get turned into a girl?' I thought this because the last time we see him is at the hospital and he mentions something about a surgery, then the last scene he appears in is called "Last Tenderness", and finally soon afterwards we see another of Sinon's livestreams where she punishing a girl with blonde hair and dark skin. Is that what happened to him? Did Sinon set everything up as revenge for using her?

Maybe we will get the update before Monday. In the old patch update, Fujino also had an early update. I think if it is next Monday, it will be quite a bit past the 15th. It is more than half a month. It would be better if it is earlier, like Friday or Saturday.

Well that is disappointing. I get why she did it, but watching Suguha getting railed by him was the highlight of her story for me and I was hoping he'd make a comeback with Purple Fox's help. Guess I'll just have to settle for the antics of the Suguha - Sinon Alliance/Rivalry.
