As the game's contents continue to grow, it's becoming increasingly difficult for me to test and fix everything. Some issues appear without clear causes, and I’ve had to rewrite certain events entirely just to resolve them.

I'm also struggling to figure this out. I know there are two monitoring scenes, that you have to watch from the PC at work, which means going backwards a check-point or so. But the 'cave scene' and foreplay scene I can't find at all.

dunno if you've found it since the time you asked. Just replay the 7/5 spirit stone cave. And foreplay scene, replay the 7/12 when Asuna agree to become FWB with Inoda. Fujino has added the foreplay scene before the anal (and it make it a lil better)
