You can't get 20 points a that stage of the game. Even if you cheat it, nothing happens, Asuna just gets upset.

That was an interesting scenario, this is how it'll probably go:


Kirito fights Inoda, Inoda obviously lose and got injury that need to be treated. Asuna being the good carer that she is ends up 'taking care' of Inoda.

If she were to lose Kirito, Asuna would tell him: Kirito, you're old enough now, you can do it on your own.
