A quick scene is better than nothing. I just worry that the way the story is going we won't have any more Suguha x Kirito scenes before the ending.
I need to see Kirito straight-up fucking Suguha while she calls him onii-chan... I really hope he has plans for it somewhere.

I noticed that the more I play the more I realize that from the way things are going, it seems that Kirito has nothing to do with this game, even if he is the main protagonist, but since the plot is focused on Inoda and Asuna, Kirito seems not to exist or they don't give him too much importance
basically it's a game of Asuna and Inoda, NTR? I don't see it

Kirito is the POV character whereas Inoda is the focus of the story. You see this style sometimes in story telling where the POV character is not the focus of the story. An example is JOJO Golden Wind where Giorno is the main character and the POV character but most of the story revolves around Bruno Bucciarati. In Part 1 it gave the game a bit of NTR mystery if don't see the other POVs.
Can anyone give me a quick heads up which girls will be part of the next update?

Random shower thought, that I myself would maybe not even like because I love how we are just following the story as Fujino makes it, but it's interesting idea:
Imagine being able to partially control Inoda and how he approaches his conquer of Asuna. Example:
They are in their hotel room together, and he is planning his next move, you get to choose how to approach it.
A) Make her a coffee/dinner and add aphrodisiac to it.
B) Watch TV show with her and go for more personal emotional manipulation
C) Beg like little pig and use her guilt and good side, like you did till now
Depending on the options, your CG and Dialog may change a bit, and every other choice would follow that theme.
If you go for option A, she would have internal emotional conflict since she does not want to betray Kirito, while her body is sending her conflicting signals due to aphrodisiacs. She'd still be against it all while slowly breaking.
If you go for option B, she herself would actually start going Inoda route, and be much more personal and honest about it than if you were to beg or use substances to turn her over.
If you go for option C, she'd still do it with a lot of guilt while trying to eventually break the relationship. Route that Fujino was using a lot in Part 1 and even part 2.
What made me thing about this is last update and how months of build up, that was going a certain way, got ultra rushed and boiled down to "Please let me fuck you" "Ok sure". And then just plap plap plap. Like nothing before that mattered at all.
Again, I like how this game is hands free in term that we just follow the story and do not need to make any choices, but maaaybe small ones like how Inoda goes with his NTR route may be interesting in some future games.

The issue with this is how Fujino approaches NTR and his games, he has always been particularly careful as to not allow the player any semblance of control or autonomy over the NTR, in order to build up the feeling of being helpless that comes with the genre of having your girl stolen by the ugliest pigs one can imagine. Whether or not he did a good job is another thing altogether, but that is the design of Fujino´s games.
That being, what you are suggesting would be possible if for example, let´s say that to mess with Kirito he asks him for advice with women, and depending on the answer we get a different CG event.
1- "Be kind with girls" and we get lovely lovely scene of Asuna tongue kissing the pig.
2- " Be firm, and show your manliness." and we get to see how Asuna´s asshole gets turned into a gaping hole like Inoda´s gut after he only gets to eat five meals a day instead of the usual 7.
King proudly proclaiming Sugu as the best girl?
