there was the scene but it was not present in the game where Liz was on Inoda's back and whipping him xD

I mean, if you really want to, you can find an excuse from her perspective. She doesn’t need anything in her life—Daddy has everything covered—so for her, it kind of makes sense to chase after the one thing she can’t have from Kirito: pleasure.

BTW guys, i want to appreciate what fujino sensei do in the menu, when asuna and inoda had sex (irl or virtual) the menu will tell you what they do, like vaginal or anal. Truly small but very amazing addition for NTR enjoyer like me.
