No, I tried to find the 0.75 update to play through it in that build but all the links I found had been updated already. We just have to wait for them to release a patch. Although maybe a 0.79 or 0.80 build would work.

Fujino added a new map, and it’s likely that the fog will become active again in the next update. The return of the Goddess also seems to hint at that. Maybe the new map will be connected to Yui somehow? 
He also did a great job updating Suguha’s mansion map. There were several empty events there, which suggests we’ll be getting a storyline for Suguha or at the very least, Kirito will be spending time there, even if there aren’t any new scenes with her just yet.

This way, kirito will be gradually corrupted and the ending will not be like most games, where there is a boring shock to the hero and the game ends.
