Isn't the most likely answer that this is just a flashback of some kind? Either Kirito's memory of Asuna or perhaps we get some scene of Inoda remembering how gallant Asuna was on SAO while she is busy licking his 《○》.

It would explain why the model of Hinata looks less polished than his Marin's one from last week. Either way, I hope that the next poll Fujino does after finishing SAO has at least a brief descriptions of the possible plots.
It's not the same to vote for a blacked Highschool DxD than to vote for a shotacon Highschool DxD (weird example to be honest.)
