Honestly, the sudden flip in opinions doesn’t surprise me. Fujino’s been dragging beloved characters through the mud like they’re nothing more than disposable toys. Sure, it’s an NTR game — but turning iconic heroines into one-dimensional, corrupted caricatures just for shock value? That’s not storytelling, that’s cashing in on lazy shortcuts, and fans notice.

If Fujino had built something original, he wouldn’t have the same spotlight or fanbase — I’ve got a friend who makes erotic doujinshi from scratch, and while using famous characters sells better, it also invites the kind of backlash that makes you question why you bothered in the first place. Original creators and loyal fans hate seeing their favorites reduced to cheap stereotypes.

Even in NTR, there’s room for nuance — some brutal corruption, sure, but also meaningful confrontations and character moments that don’t make you want to rage-quit. Good NTR games demand a writer with brains and guts, not an MC so passive you wonder if he’s just begging for it.

So yeah, the backlash isn’t just about who ends up where. It’s about respect — for the characters, the story, and the audience. When that’s missing, all you get is noise. And nobody wants to play a game that feels like a bait-and-switch for lazy drama.
Ironically, Fujino would have saved himself the issues if he had just made this a quick standard NTR game with insta-corruption like he usually does XP It was him actually dragging it on and trying to make 'something different' that caused all these issues and difference of opinions you usually never see in a NTR work, there is a reason why the standard NTR doujin of existing series only works for being 25 pages long or less, the more you drag it on the dumber and more blatantly nonsensical everything in it becomes XD Even as someone who has liked a lot of the twists and ways P2 took compared to he clearly original plan that Part 1 outlined, I can't deny Fujino may have been 100% better off with just staying as he did, but then again he didn't have quite the luxury to do that :O

Reminder, especially for those who haven't been around since the beginning, 'realistically' Fujino should have 'died' as a Game-creator before Part 2 even released thanks to the sudden insane shift regarding +18 works in China, he made a ton of crazy sacrifices and insane effort just to flee the country and be able to continue making his H-games, and that clearly was a big motivation behind the changes in Part 2.

Was My Hero Academia ever included in the polls for his next game or pushed by people? I think Ochaco being stolen from the MC would be a great story. Then there is some interesting secondary female characters as well. It should be an Original Character the one who steals the women and although it's a world with powers making him have mind control or hypnosis powers would be bad because the corruption would feel cheap and not earned.
While the idea of an NTR game set in My Hero Academia sounds awesome, while I like the character of Ochaco in the manga/anime, I don’t find her sexy enough to feel real heartbreak if she got stolen from the MC. But if Fujino tackled My Hero Academia: Vigilantes instead, that’d be way more interesting. There are two female characters interested in Koichi Haimawari, aka The Crawler, and they’re quite attractive—like Kazuho Haneyama (Pop☆Step) and especially the stunning Makoto Tsukauchi, the General Manager of the Captain Celebrity Corporation.

Kazuho secretly loves Koichi, who saved her when she was younger—he thought she was a boy back then, but it was actually her.

The MHA universe has so much potential for a villain with quirks centered on sex, corrupting the female characters in a way that feels deep and irreversible.

That said, even with all the ingredients in place, creating a new Inoda-type villain in that world wouldn’t be easy, even with characters who are barely human anymore.

I guess I lucked out from not watching SAO then, I've been loving this game for the most part.

Fujino’s classic quick-and-dirty NTR works because it slaps hard and fast—just like those solid 25-page doujins that get straight to the point. Stretching this mess out only makes it sloppy and dumb as hell, killing any punch it had.

But let’s not forget the chaos he’s been through—running from China’s brutal crackdown on adult games ain’t a walk in the park. So yeah, Part 2 tries to do something bigger, like cooking a fancy meal while the kitchen’s on fire. No surprise it’s messy and uneven.

I’m not against Fujino changing things up—just don’t serve us a finale that’s all butter with no bread to hold it. Too much spread, and it gets greasy and leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

He’s great at delivering those sharp, intense NTR hits, but if he wants to drag the story longer, there better be some real depth and payoff. Otherwise, it’s just a boring extended hookup with no climax. Fans want the thrill and the meaning.

Respect to the guy for surviving hell and still pumping out games, but if the ending flops, it’s gonna feel like getting cucked without even a proper explanation. We want that satisfying gut-punch, not a limp shrug.

If Fujino finds that sweet spot between fast and deep, he’ll keep us hooked. If not... well, we’ll just be left crying in the corner, clutching our broken hearts and empty wallets.

Honestly, it’s no shock you’re vibing with the game more if you skipped SAO. When a master storyteller crafts a killer plot and some hack just rips off the main beats and characters without the soul, it’s like handing a newbie chef a gourmet recipe and getting a bland microwave meal. Fujino’s got everything lined up: smokin’ SOA characters, classic hentai tropes, and his ugly bastard Inoda. But real originality? Nope, just copying what’s already been done.

I’ve burned through so many top-tier NTR games that this one feels like a flat soda next to a craft brew. Still, I’m holding out hope for a finale that actually hits hard—none of that half-assed, limp-dick finish. Come on, Fujino, drop something that makes all this wait worthwhile!

Was playing this normally and then went to open it last night and nothing happens. I see it in my task manager, but I can't load the game. I'm guessing it's a rpgm issue but that's all. I know there's a lot of tech geniuses here, so I thought maybe someone has an idea. Bummed I can't open it right now. Thanks!

That actually happened to me once with another RPGM game. If it's showing up in your Task Manager but not launching, it might be stuck in the background or failing to render the window properly.

Try this:
  • End the process from Task Manager completely.
  • Right-click the game’s .exe file and select Run as Administrator.
  • If that doesn’t help, try deleting the www/save/config.rpgsave file in the game folder—it sometimes gets corrupted and prevents the game from launching.
  • Also, make sure no antivirus or security software is blocking it silently.

Thanks for the help!

I had to run it as Admin to get it to work, which I never had to do before. Weird. I guess I'll do that from now on! :)

Same honestly. I like the characters in MHA and they make good material for pornographic content but I don't see a NTR scenario work within MHA.

Deku and Ochako never even got official and tip toed around the topic....which got very annoying very quick. Unlike Kirito and Asuna as a direct comparison.
They are a power couple and very likable in their universe. (Man we need more shonen anime with an established couple  )

MHA world for a MC who got corruptive power would work better. Maybe go around and make the girls more lewd. Acting sexier and dressing naughtier. Things like that.

I at least watched (most of) the animes, but I'm still vibing with the game to a degree.
In part because I didn't find the original that great to begin with, and don't mind a parody giving it a more twisted spin or dumbing down characters.
I never expected it to stick too closely to the original work, either.

If anything, in my opinion some of the pacing problems stem from taking too many elements from the original work.
Adding Alice and her plotline honestly felt like a net detriment to the game, some of the casual FOG sections in the middle dragged on for too long, too, a few "real world" fluff scenes as well (how often did we have to visit Agil's cafe? Felt like 50 times).

this thread is legendary , 1800 fucking pages
There have legit been occasions where the thread grew so fast I fell further behind while trying to catch up...

I just thought of an interesting detail about Fujino Yui. Here is canon Yui.
View attachment 5046675
Notice the black hair and grey/brown eyes. It is suppose to be the same as Kirito since Yui purposely made herself look like Kirito and Asuna's child.

Now here is Fujino Yui.
View attachment 5046691
Besides the obvious extra meaty body change, her eyes became green. I thought this was to show she is now Inoda's child not Kirito's anymore. But the clearest picture of Inoda's eyes I can find is this.
View attachment 5046676
Does it look green to you? To me it looks brown like Kirito. The only person I found in this game with green eyes is Leafa and that connection makes no sense.
View attachment 5046684

What does everyone think? Is Yui's eye color a meaningless change? Is it suppose to match Inoda's eyes so Inoda's eyes are green? Or something else? We got to use our brain for something during the dry period between updates so we won't go off topic again!
my loli:(
