You have to go temple (top right of the city map) and pray for Asuna to see her status.
Or alternatively, you can see her status after the end of the days, when you go dream world (which still is the same temple, but this time you have to go green hole (or was it blue? I don't remember exactly) to see her real status).

Well Asuna has mixed feelings about what happened. She didn't want it to happen but didn't physically resist either. But rape is just sex without consent and Asuna definitely did not give her consent so it is rape legally. Making her cum does not mean she gave consent retroactively.
