Ironically, the most realistic reason people voted to get rid of Hebishima was because people thought Suguha would either vanish or be folded into Inoda's sluts XD Back then, the reason for the poll stemmed mainly from people complaining that the sidestories, aka Hebishima fucking Sinon and Suguha, was a 'waste of time taking away from the main story' (Because the main reason people were here was exclusively to see Inoda take Asuna from Kirito, not for the other girls at all).
However, making Suguha a crazy Yandere for her Onii-chan and start raping him in his sleep was ALL Fujino's idea, it was nothing people voted for, and it actually worked because he made her and Sinon's plot directly connected with the main story so even the complaints that they brought nothing to the main story vanished XP

To be fair, he didn't have to think too much about it. In the original story, she has this brother complex for Kirito (or more like cousin complex).
So Fujino first idea was probably to get every girl away from Kirito, to make him the king of all cucks. But because of this poll, he simply decided to stick with the original canon relationship between Suguha and Kirito and to "deepen" it.
i would really like to see a game like this but for to love ru, i tried searching for to love ru games using renpy but theyre unfinished or leaved, but it would be interesting see considering rito is so easy to use as a ntr patethic mc .

the game history is already over, the dev is just making new sex scenes at this point, inoda at this point already corrup 100% asuna and also kirito just doesnt seem to care at all, inoda already won so theres nothing left in the history i think.
Unless fujino makes a plot twist no one else imagine but at this point asuna is already "corrup" or is just in completely love with the fat ass guy inoda. So in other words this game is already predictable in the ending in this part 2 is just inoda having wild sex with asuna and kirito just being there as a background character without importance anymore.

Unless something change in Fujino's plans, this game will be over by november with a "possible epilogue" update for december.
Fujino said himself that countdown, update 0.85 0.90 is not a indicative for the history progress anymore, he also said in his opinion this game as a NTR story is basically over, so make that what you will.
There's a small detail, although easily fixable, but if you look into the Rec room the spaces for new Asuna's scenes are down to 8 now which is telling that he will end this game in 3 or 4 updates from now, again like i said this is easy to correct but since he didn't yet, seems to me he will stick with his original roadmap, ending the game at 1.00 update.

Fujino said himself, the NTR portion of the story in his opnion is over, now he need to work the ending to be at least coherent.
Plot twist is normal in this stage of the story, and Fujino was "fishing" for ideas with his last survey and at same time testing the waters with his fan base to see if whatever he is planing as ending will be okay, which i would tell him NO it wont be no matter what you do Fujino, you can't please everyone with endings.
Agree lately the problem with fujuno seems that he is trying to please everyone causing that the game isnt feeling like the main thing anymore, considering the ntr part is already over as you say if i am fujino i would be ready to make an definitive ending, and the ideas of the survey should be used for future game/games he will be producing
I mean, people here are overstimulating the survey honestly, it is EXACTY just for that, to gauge people's reactions for future projects: Most of the things in the survey are either stuff that is ALREADY in the game or that is too late to try and apply somehow, about the ONLY thing on them that could maybe be used is the "Reversal of Fate" for the MC to actually win, and even if it did that would be only one ending, but it's also unlikely that anything in the survey affects the SAO game anymore because the game is basically over, Fujino at this point almost surely has the final arc written in his head already and only the different endings may still remain, but it's also entirely possible he has already decided and started to write the outline for the endings before this.
The survey is almost entirely so he can get a feel of what people has liked more or less of the things he has done with SAO, so he has a better idea of what his followers prefer for future projects, given this has been the first time he ever tried to write anything beyond his usual "Insta-corruption all the girls become sluts immediately and the MC is an oblivious gigacuck loser till the end"-formula, so him wanting more detailed feedback makes sense.

Yeah this survey is probably related to any idea he has for his future project, but two things can be true at once, he can use the survey information to do last minute changes in this plot he still have time for that.
These 3 or 4 updates as the last ones like in any story ending can be rearranged by plot devices or twists, that will depend in Fujino's intentions about the future.
Judging by the fans reaction over the memory manipulation/harem stuff and his own reaction, coming public twice to explain i don't see Fujino fully confident anymore in any ending he had planned prior to that.
Agreeing or not, we need to understand that Fujino dont want to "rock the boat" with his fan base, for him this is a hobby primarily, but also a extra incomming source and doing a shit ending is a sure way to make many fans and possible paying customers to avoid his next work.
Many things in that survey can't fit in SAO anymore, but several still can like Incest, Group sex, Body modifications, Family NTR members and so on and he can do it all of those without many changes in the plot.
Now is the time when the number of subscribers usually rises since the game is close to the end, and is natural to loose many in the realease of the new game since it would not have too much content for a while, so Fujino can use the survey to try please the majority for them to stick arround for his next project.

This is Asuna's current state with the game almost over. Lust has clearly surpassed Asuna's love for Kirito, so it's the most important factor in her decision-making. The only way for Asuna not to end up with Inoda is for her lust to decrease. How could that be? Besides, Fujino clearly favors Inoda.
I'm only mentioning this in case the game gives us different endings and if the factors of love and lust are really important in the game.
