Logically, the Oberon interaction should’ve been added after visiting the shrine for the first time, but I guess Fujino just didn’t plan to retcon this part back then and never went back to correct it.

It is difficult to draw a definite conclusion. Perhaps Fujino was too lazy and shifted only 2 main indicators - sex and orgasm, the rest did not matter. But most likely 19 is the total number, I don't have any saves of the first part before the Lustful Night to confirm that there was 18 instead of 19 in the sex statistics.
Maybe 19(5 at the beginning of the first part) Is this the total number since Asuna's memory was erased?

Here's how the part 1 stats told the story to me:
She had sex with Kirito 5 times for a total of 2 orgasms. I assume two of those sessions had one orgasm each and she went unsatisfied for the other three. So Kirito has a 40% success rate of making her cum once during sex, otherwise she doesn't cum. If they do it 100 times, Asuna will have about 40 orgasms.
