It feels like this perk should have been opened a long time ago. Asuna's behavior looks like she has already passed the stage of "love" and keeps Kirito by her side simply because she is used to him.

Fujino has said he wants to finish in v1.0 which at the current pace would be in 6 months. But considering all the events the perks hints that needs to happen, it is unlikely it can be finished in 6 updates.

All three girls will be in relationship with Inoda at the end if the perks are followed. We don't know if it will be a secret relationship. I don't remember if Kyouko's husband does have a erectile dysfunction. I do know they are not close anymore since they don't sleep in the same bed. Since he is always away he is not even a character so some handwaving can just get rid of him. Not much effort is needed to never mention him again.

All we have for the future stories is the hidden perks so we only guess using those. There is no confirmed information.
