He can't just release it anytime he wants. He needs to release it maybe 3/1 or 3/2 for it to still count as a February release in Ci-en. So he has to release it before then or his February supporters will need to pay for March to get the update. So when to release it is not really up to him.

-I am not sure if WinRAR has Jap/Chinese language module I checked its location, settings tab and even searched in Registry Editor
-Earlier I finished the game without mod and it ran properly
-If I use 7zip, do I need to reinstall the game and extract it again?

Don't know, the mod work fine on my end and i have nothing in the mod that need the missing image from the error you posted.
-Do you get that error right after launching the game or it's when you load a save?

-You can try getting back the game and mod then extract them both with 7zip.

If the game work fine without the MOD
-You can try to just put "Map369.json" in the data folder and use the savefile folder (save30) from the MOD that will be your only way in getting inside the Modded map.

If nothing work then you will have to wait for the next update and see if it does the same, you don't miss much for part 2

Current progress：

1.Finish game context on Friday.
2.Add 2 Asuna's event on Friday.
3.Add 4 CG for Asuna's event.
4.Add a Lisbeth's event .
5.Finish 1 CG for Lisbeth's event.

I got some feedback that the game cannot continue on 7/2 morning after coming across Inoda when he receive messages. I tried many times but not see the same error, using save files in past versions will result in unexpected errors. I still have the last event that needs to be finished, after that I will go to test, I may release a version without the last event of Asuna's POV in CG room in the end of this month, and make a update to add it on the beginning of March.

PS. It looks like it won't come out in February, but next week. In March.

No the Map369.json from the mod folder, it's the Modded map so it does not exist inside the basic game data folder.
