Yeah probably. Since this ending is just an NTR cliche, Asuna, Inoda, Liz or Kyoko, they are just boring (I would add Kirito as well, even though he tends to betray Asuna sometimes, he also has many prototype NTR protagonist traits, like mini dick, extremely low sexual activity endurance, also brainless and dumb when it comes to his relationship), cuz in the end we know where they will be and how their relationship will continue.
That's why I'm interested characters like Sinon or Suguha, even Alice is more interesting than characters I mentioned above. We don't know and not sure what they will do, or how their story will unfold in the future updates.

In the end Suguha and Sinon will make him hard, big and resistant

I think it would be too much to ask for a fem!Kirito scene being in the hands of Oberon, Klein or Inoda, but now I have high expectations. At least it would make up for all the time we've seen Kirito being chased by so many women, he deserves to learn his real place.

Even putting aside the 'fully' is beyond out of the window with how both are clearly into boys and into Kirito specifically (And how much more Suguha is period), there is literally no way that would happen at all, hell, Suguha's final plan is to have her Onii-chan all to herself and 'steal' him from Asuna so when he knows the truth it won't hurt him anymore, she would only accept Shino butting in if it somehow was her only option, and she's more than well on her way to manage without her XP
