Did you mean better? You know what the funny thing about all this is that Fujino almost exactly conveyed the character of Kirito from the original. Not very sociable, weakly emotional, usually often keeps thoughts to himself. So Kirito's reaction is quite logical, in the original he often also reacted to even the most high-profile victories. Oh I don't agree with you. Kirito from the original is nice, kind and helpful to others. In addition, Kirito doesn't look down on others, he also has PTSD trauma from that Aincrad game. That's why all the girls, other colleagues like him, admire him as a friend and companion. Asuna and Kirito broke up with the team because of the boss fight, the stormtrooper team fight they lost. However, Kazuto is actually a nice person, ready to sacrifice himself to help others. When Diavel's death during the boss fight on the 1st floor caused players to accuse Kirito of withholding information as a beta tester, which led to the death of their leader, he decided to become a scapegoat, calling himself Beater to distance himself from the average beta tester, ensuring that they would not become victims of baseless hatred, drawing all the wrath of the players upon themselves. He also tends to comfort others when they are going through hardships, such as Silica after losing Pinna.
Kazuto is also a very emotional person and allows his emotions to control him from time to time. The deaths of Sachi and the Moonlit Black Cats haunted him until his marriage to Asuna in Sword Art Online. Sachi's death in particular had a huge impact on his personality and motives, causing him to become very distant from others for a time. Kirito also temporarily lost his will to live when Asuna was killed by Heathcliff.
Kazuto is a person with an incredibly strong determination, willing to do anything in his power to achieve something that is important to him without hesitation. When Asuna was held captive in ALfheim, Kirito was obligated and determined to free her and immediately attempted to fly up the World Tree when Yui confirmed that she had detected Asuna at its peak, despite it being an impossible task. He also tried to fight his way to the top twice, despite being vanquished the first time.

After escaping Sword Art Online, Kazuto tried to atone for his past mistakes, such as repairing his relationship with his cousin Suguha, whom he ignored before being trapped in the Death Game.

So Kirito in SAO NTR has a different personality than he did in the original.

But you forget that there was no such thing in Fujino's game and there is no character development and a lot of friends who can support him. Only Asuna, Klein, and Egil remained. Remember how Kirito was when he woke up and realized that Asuna was still in a coma, and he found out how many of the 10,000 people who got into Aincrad survived. It was only thanks to Suguha and the goal of saving Asuna that Kirito came out of his depression and developed his relationship with Suguha. But in the game, Fujino Kirito did not save Asuna, and moved out of his house, practically not communicating with Suguha. It's not clear what Kirito did after Aincrad in the Fujino universe, but in general, he looks like himself before Aincrad and that depersive state after leaving Aincrad. Although Kirito is kind and willing to help, he is still a little introverted and unemotional

True, there is a big difference between the original SAO and the SAO NTR (fanmade) game. Thanks to Egil, Asuna and Klein got out of depression, improved his relationship with Suguha, changed his behavior and decided to improve his relationship with Suguha. Even Asuna's mother accepted Kirito, her daughter's boyfriend. Anyway, it is such an alternate world in the SAO NTR game, which has big plot holes and changed characters' personalities, etc. I agree that Kirito is introverted and emotionless. But he is trying to change, he was going to go to college and go to America with Asuna if he had not been attacked by a psychopath. I don't know if you read LN SAO, I think you wrote about it.

Just downloaded and unzipped the latest version yet when i try to start it, I just have a blackscreen.. does anyone have the same issue or know how to solve that issue?

How long did you wait? Sometimes it takes a minute (or more?) when you start it the first time
