1. Inoda will order Yui to pretend that Kirito is her father and Kirito will not understand anything again.
2. Yui won't be born at all, because of some events.
3. The Administrator will be reborn instead of Yui. And she will behave as she pleases.
The probability that Yui will be born canonical and begin to open Kirito's eyes to the current situation is extremely low.

It depends on what Fujino has prepared for Yui. If Yui is reborn as an Administrator, then she will probably be important to the plot. If it's just Yui, then she's nothing more than a filler character to mark the connection between Inoda and Asuna.

actually i have questions mostly about asuna and liz(she is even worse than asuna in my opinion), the rest of the characters are not bad for ntr's story. suguha - she was blackmailed, drugged, she enjoyed sex, but she knew hebeshima was a bad guy, and when she was able to get rid of the evidence, she left him, +- the same thing happened with sinon, she loved him in the beginning, she tolerated his betrayals for a while, didn't want to follow his example regarding suguha's issues, and in the end she left him and took revenge on him, alice - i don't like mind control as a tag, but here it was not bad, kyoko - pretty weak storyline, but okay

It's funny how initially Liz and Suguha had similar reasons. Both wanted Kirito for themselves, but Liz doesn't care about Kirito's feelings, and Suguha, on the contrary, worries that Kirito will take it hard to break up with Asuna. But at the moment, I don't understand what Liz is doing at all. She kind of still wants Kirito for herself, but she's disillusioned with him. He kind of hates Inoda, but at the same time he plays BDSM mistress with him. And it all looks pretty weird - BDSM mistress Liz and Kirito, who suddenly wanted to be humiliated. If you throw out the information that was in the perks, it seems that Suguha and Liz will take Kirito for themselves and humiliate him. Although the most likely thing is that Liz's character will change again and she will suddenly become Inoda's obedient bitch.

It would have been a completely different game, especially if Asuna had fucked multiple men instead of just Inoda. It would be very pathetic - you're playing an NTR game as a female character, but all the events are about finding Inoda, chatting with Inoda, and having sex with Inoda.

As long as it's a harem where all the girls cheat on Kirito. Fujino can't do it any other way. I don't think anyone hates his game. Rather, it's just that certain moments cause confusion. But it's all a matter of taste.
