Apparently, he uses different character maps and different mods to create scenes. Asuna's breasts and hips change in size, Inoda's penis size, body size, belly size, and sometimes even his face change.
Thousands of mods have been created for Koikatsu, there are versions that take up 600Gb each. In some rooms, you can use only one set of presets, in another room - another. So it's not surprising that the characters look different.
You know fujino told that this update is not worth of 2 months and this month has only 10 days left and knowing that next month update is intense and left with little time..again it will be short..
This supposed to be "mid-May" update is coming out at 20/21 May lol, I think the next "end of June" update is probably going to be pushed to mid-July at least.
I think he should take break for few months, from December he is suffering from some short of illness..first fever than cold than anxiety and sleeplessness, even Inoda is like "creator take rest and than make the sex scenes intense and longer"

Who cares how long it takes, we were getting rushed updates and people were complaining, now he’s taking his time and people are still complaining?

the rushed updates got nothing to do with the time he takes to upload, the rushed updates are the too little content he add in every update
People most likely want some certainty, so that there would be some exact date, they are most likely ready to give Fujino time, but only so that he says when the release will be. And he says in the middle of May (when the middle is?), then he says today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, this most likely makes some unhappy
