Well yes, they know Inoda and Inoda knows them which is why he mentioned them. But they are about as connected to Inoda as Agil is. Suguha cares about Asuna's actions so Inoda is only indirectly connected. As far as I remember Sinon has no interactions with Inoda besides knowing him. There is no reason to force them on to Inoda's dick besides them being bangable women in this game which if it happens is not good writing but just pandering to certain group of people.
0.83 was released mid-May. v0.80 was released early April so there has been two updates in the last three months.

Well, guys, that’s it for me. I’m just not enjoying following the story anymore. It started to feel like a chore for quite some time, so I guess it’s time to move on.
That said, I did have fun theorizing about it for a while.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am really bored of Asuna. It's got to the point where I am struggling to not just skip her scenes. The only ones I care anything about is Suguha and Liz. I don't really care about who they end up wtih, I just want more story and scenes including them.

Anyway guys, Inoda's harem is definitely an ending movie, so don't expect the chopped up scenes of Suguha or Sinon fucking Inoda

SAO 2 is just slow burn version of part 1, Asuna already fell in the first game. I guess that creator is getting money now got drag it out a bit.
