Like 900 said above, you clearly weren't paying attention if you think that XD Suguha and Sinon's own plot is very well firmly established, and he himself has said Inoda won't get Suguha, so yeah, while they could still get fucked over at the last minnute because of Fujino's writing, at this point their plans being firmly set with Kirito isn't affected by anyone else. Inoda has no way of getting to them, the only way they could be screwed over is if the council gets them, but ironically Shadow Fox himself has firmly set himself in a path for that not to happen by deciding to target Inoda, the question will be if they confront him before that or not, if they don't they're safe, if they do then yeah, Fujino's writing may take over.

Everything happens very slowly.Actually, all Fujino did was apparently confirm there would be more endings than originally planned, and the choices in previous upates seem to indicate at LEAST a third ending will exist, but we don't really know the deatails at all yet :O But yeah, now that the council has been put in direct conflict with Inoda, this is just gonna end with them being destroyed, as there is no way the logical thing happens and they screw over Inoda what with the universe bending backwards to make sure he wins every time, so yeah XD

Fujino said a couple of months ago that he wants to focus on other characters, but for now, he's still completely focused on Asuna and Inoda - it's already getting a little monotonous. Therefore, I think it's better for him to really focus on other storylines.
I mean, there is also the fact that this stopped being the usual cliche NTR that Fujino always wrote back in Part 2, halfway through Part 2 it became something else and a lot more complicated storyline-wise, things Fujino had never written or most people would never think could happen in a standard NTR game started happening left and right (A NTR Chad getting fucked over, girls realizing they liked something else more than giant NTR dick and endless stamina, the MC actually being corrupted and cheating instead of remaining a cuck, etc). Inferno is seeing it eveyrthing WAY too black and white and refusing to realize we left the cliche NTR logic for anyone who isn't part of the main Inoda plot ages ago, and also is seeing it exclusively like the MC getting any being a good/vanilla thing when it couldn't be further from that XD Regardless of feelings, both Suguha and Shino are crazy and very amoral now and have been actively screwing Kirito over in other ways, they only seem 'good' if you look at it from the PoV that he's getting NTR-ed like a retard every day by Inoda, but the one that literally loves him the most (Sugu) has been raping him and sabotaging his relationship left and right while also gleefully aiding in terrible things as karmic as they are (Aka everything Shino and her did to Hebishima even if he may have deserved it).
The main problem is how Fujino distorted Asuna's image in his game. As a player, I'm not sorry at all that Kirito will break up with Asuna. I would feel sorry for Kirito and his relationship with Asuna if Asuna in this game was a genuinely kind and loving girl, and Inoda hypnotized her, used drugs, threats, blackmail... but Asuna in this game is a lying and hypocritical and most importantly - willing slut, and from the very beginning of the game. And as a player, I don't believe in the least bit that she really loves Kirito. I look at Asuna and think, "It's better if it's Suguha, even though her love is scary and perverted, but it's true love, and Suguha really cares about Kirito." Fujino shot himself in the foot by creating Asuna with similar character traits. If Kirito breaks up with Asuna, I can't even say he's lost. More like dodging a bullet. Kirito would lose if he remained a cuckold next to Asuna.
I mean, that's just par of the course for Fujino's games, reminder that Sakura in the Sakura Chapter game also became an utter slut and Shirou still thought she was his faithful wife up to where the chapter ended and thought they were happy together, so yeah XD
