I don't think there is any Koikatsu scene data included. All the scenes are baked, they're just a series of images for RPGM to flip through. If you want to make your own scenes, you'll have to use the Inoda card and find cards for the girls.

This game still follows most cliched NTR route though, Inoda's dick is way too big compared to main character and he has limitless stamina when it comes to sex, although he can't even run properly. + fat and ugly and envious.
Yes Kirito doesn't have micro penis, but still his penis below average sized at best, also for some reason he doesn't have sex stamina (ofc we know what the reason is, cuz cliched NTR game protagonist shenanigans).

Everything is possible, but that is implied in the game that Sinon and Suguha are not big dick addicted, unlike Asuna. So if even if Inoda fucks her she should not affect by his dick, if she does then her character development until now would be meaningless.
