I'm reading a debate about when Inoda will fuck Asuna in real life. But in the latest update I downloaded, I immediately see a scene where Asuna, after Kirito, remembers being fucked by Inoda. I've only played the first game and I'm confused about what all this discussion about Inoda is about. So, have Inoda and Asuna been fucking in real life for a while now? Or should I go back to the first game and see if something changed there? And then go back to the latest update? Can someone tell me what I'm confused about?

Ok, there is absolutely no way this game is the same. Now that i know Quinella from origins - this NTR game is not even close to the original series. And i am glad that i watched anime. Lol, ok it changed my perspective a little...

You can read my posts above....I've said more than once that I'm not playing this game for porn, so rocking Koikatsu just to watch porn with Asuna is not what I need. But anyone can do this, and evaluating a developer's skill simply by how he knows how to work with pre-prepared content is too much...

At least I'm not eager to monetize my skill of clicking the "record video" button..

I literally told you that from the beginning, but yeah, Fujino's setting has absolutely nothing to do with the actual canon one beyond the barest of similarities in characters and backstory (And the latter is subject to change whenever he wants, like how the Fairy Dance arc never happened for plot-reasons, and even further beyond with BS like Inoda 'rewriting' the past of SAO in Asuna's brain XD). Quinella and Alice especially are basically full-on OCs with the faces and names that have nothing of their original selves and Fujino doesn't even try to pretend they do :3 (Granted, the same is for every other character here, but at least there is a semblance to pretend they are at some level unlike those two XP)

I guess the bright side to this is that you'll have a better eye for what games to look out for and promote/invest your time in; knowing that your basic CG (even more for AI CGs), plot and RPGM mechanics are now less of a standard of what a good game is in our times, and might push developers to more ambitious endeavours.

Fujino being able to incorporate Koikatsu characters and animations with the current RPGM engine, along with several mechanics borrowed from known games (e.g Solgante in the caves) and a popular franchise, is a good recipe for a popular game. I can see a few devs already taking inspiration and making games of a different franchise (e.g My Dress up Darling, Rent a Girlfriend). Though, Fujino definitely needs to work on developing his storytelling skills, but its a trial and error and hopefully we'll see a stronger game after this one.
