That literally makes absolutely no sense, lmao, the entire point of that bad ending was adding extra content he thought may interest people with the game's main heroine, it's unlikely that he would bother doing it to any other character that isn't Asuna because that's the main one people wanna see XD (Plus given there is a very real chance of they ending up under Inoda already, basically guaranteed for Liz, in the Inoda Route, it would feel redundant for characters more aren't invested in).
As for most people wanting Kirito to suffer, I think at this point is obvious that that's either over-exaggerated or Fujino for some reason REALLY doesn't give a shit about it, the entirety of the existence of the Gigachad Kirito route proves either of those, if he had been getting as massive and widespread backslash for Kirito getting it on with other girls as some say then he would have backpedaled back when Suguha started raping him while he was online, but he kept going more and more until we got it as a legit route split for the game. So either Fujino doesn't care or it's nowhere near 'most' of Ci-En fans that want to see Kirito suffer and msot are just invested exclusively in Inoda x Asuna at this point and care too little for the other girls to care much for what happens with them, which seems a lot more realistic honestly XP (And explains why Fujino didn't change Asuna's events at all even with the Gigachad Kirito route).
