v0.31 was fine. It had a bunch of unfatal bugs that was fixed in v0.32. The biggest fix was the Asuna's status and perks page were still in Chinese. Fujino often makes a bug fix release about a week after the initial release. v0.31 was the emergency fix for v0.3. v0.3 had a bug that crashed the game during the final treehouse battle. v0.31 was released like 2 hours after v0.3 was released.
