Since every battle update is Asuna at a different point in her "corrupted development" the old CGs from previous battle events are more than likely not going to be re-used. But anyways the 15 CG set was all for one day and that was for the battle day. So I'm just comparing numbers wise, that I don't think 8 CGs means we're getting anything. However it's possible that the 8 CGs could be an additional set of CGs for the previous 15. But the trend so far implies otherwise, so I don't know. The other hint is that most times Fujino will mention that the next update is a battle update.

I don't remember the treehouse update being hinted as a battle update though? So who knows really. I'm just not going to hope for a battle event and be pleasantly surprised if it turns out to be one.

Oh, yeah, I mixed up the numbers, but either way, 23 different CGs tied to RNG would be horrible. It’s better to keep things scripted or, at the very least, in small CG packs; maybe in different sections of the quest, so players can actually trigger all of them.

If we were to theoretically add the 8 CGs to the existing 15, my personal best bet would be to add another scene to the existing sets. Like one of them leads to a blow job, this means you're going to get scene 1 and 2 from the 8. And the path where she gives a hand job leads to scenes 3 and 4 from the 8. It would keep the same RNG and just make it be longer. But honestly I'm not assuming this would happen to begin with.

Every battle update has Asuna in a different corrupted state so the previous battle CGs wouldn't make sense, especially if she ends up changing outfits. But anyways if we were to get a battle update this time, it would probably look like she's more willing than her previous ones so they would probably all end up different.

Anyways I'm not expecting a battle update and I'm happy to see we're going the expected path of more FOG scenes. It would have been pretty lame to not focus on Asuna after last update.

Sometimes, I truly don´t get Fujino´s way of thinking at all.

We spent the entire last month, and most of this one, with practically no previews at all making it so we assume that he isn't giving us any of them because it would be too much of an spoiler, but then just gives away a scene like he did in this report.

It truly makes me wonder how does his brain-box work.

Anyway, taking into consideration the update will be released, most likely, by this weekend that means that I may or may not be able to play it.

Which at the same time, is making me wonder how Fujino is interacting with the world series there in Japan. Most people here might dismiss what I am saying because you find Baseball lame, which is fair since it's the nerdiest sport ever, but it's quite the big deal in Japan.
Since Sohei Ohtani is playing the World Series, while being Japan's biggest celebrity right now, even the release date of One Piece got pushed back.

So it does make me wonder if Fujino is integrating himself socially in Japan by watching baseball with his coworkers and that type of stuff. Sports events are the quintessential social glue, if you don't count alcohol, after all.

Having yapped all of that nonsensical stuff, the whole "ID showing" in porn videos in hentais is pretty crazy when you think about it.

And, while we already had an example with Sugu earlier in part 1, it would be quite a surprise if Asuna doesn't get one herself with her work ID.

It is quite difficult to understand how creative people think. It all depends on what kind of goal Fujino himself is pursuing. Money or just looking for self-expression through creativity.

As for baseball, I didn't often watch it in the form of real games, but if you take anime, then I really liked the sport. I think the anime "Major" and "Dia no Ace" are especially good in this regard.

Let's be honest, I really doubt we'll have a sex battle, why? A simple scene consumes 8 or more CGs, and we'll also have a Wednesday church scene, so that might be out of the question. Now I'm thinking there might be a sex massage session there, but I could figure out how many.

I agree with you, I think there is no combat scene, but it could be that there were 2 different sex scenes in those two days.
obviously 1 in FOG, but I would have doubts if the other one will also be in fog or in real life.
Personally, I would like the other scene to be in real life, it seems to me that it would give more dynamism to the story that seems to have slowed down the speed of story development again.
This is not a criticism or anything, just a personal reflection.

I don't think we going to get a new battle scene these 8 cgs will be probably spread during the day like a Titjob here a blowjob there and so on, ending up with a full sex scene. When Asuna does the nun side job usually she skip other quests if i'm not mistaken so problably everething will be at the church or close by
But this update time frame is between sunday to wednesday by the looks of it unless Fujino do a time skip to next sunday in order to finish the week. Maybe we going to get a FOG server maintenance or whatever but something will force the game to shift back to IRL for the next update.

That's a possibility, but is weird Fujino breaking one week into 2 updates just to continue in FOG, he need start doing something IRL too, maybe for the next update thursday and friday IRL and weekend at FOG.
If you think about it we don't know if he fixed the maps issues and since FOG maps are way more used then IRL ones is natural going there to avoid more problems and debugging and to change the scenary a litlle, because for the past 5 updates we only getting FOG.

We can see from the preview that it is in the back of the confession booth. I think that what is likely is that for whatever reason Inoda convinces Asuna to give him a titjob and then Kirito walks in to check up on Asuna. While there in front of booth she asks him if he has anything to confess and he says he doesn't. That tips Asuna over the edge and she does more stuff with Inoda in response.

I don't think he'll say what he did with Liz, because every time he comes back to real life, his mind goes blank and he doesn't remember anything and so what does he have to confess if he doesn't remember anything he did

That would be a great way to lower her affection! You can go one step further. Kirito in the current update found out Sugou actually did things to Asuna so Kirito is feeling sorry for Asuna. He tells her she shouldn't worry about him and focus on what makes her happy. Thus giving Asuna permission to go all out cheating with Inoda!

Ooooh that sounds like a great way to validate her. Could even go yet another step forward and have Kirito outright say “even if you did it again now, it’s fine because it’s just virtual” to really hammer it home. Could even eventually lead to his cuck path since he’s outright telling Asuna to go ahead “as long as it’s virtual”.

1.Finish events scripts of Wednesday
2.Add 8 sets of CGs for Asuna's FOG event on Wednesday.
3.Add 1 short event for Asuna on Wednesday.

The update will be released on this weekend or earlier. Sorry for being late again.
