This is very do-able, I could make 3 SAO games, one with NTR, one without NTR but with sex scenes, and one that isn't blatantly a porn game (I do have some original SAO story ideas that I would've loved to have seen adapted within cannon).
The non-NTR SAO game can easily be a harem game, it's just gonna be very vanilla and kinda boring for the people who enjoy NTR (such as myself). However, some elements are obviously gonna have to be tweaked so that instead of Kirito being a stud wet-dream for all the girls just to make it interesting, it might be more like Asuna pimps him out to her girl friends. I think I'd rather it be that perspective as opposed to Kirito just whoring himself around as doing so would deviate way too far from his canon character to be believable that he would just cheat on Asuna to get with all the girls. I could see it being a Netori Harem game as well but we want it to be without NTR so it has to be a variation of a harem without a sense of cheating, meaning Asuna will have to be like "God my BF is such a horse he never runs out of stamina I need all my other girlfriends to help calm him down!".
So yeah like I said, it'd very do-able and I can see it.
edit: Also but let's not jump the gun here this probably won't happen for quite awhile. I have to do some free trial and error games to get a feel for it, and I'd want my "Haunted/ Paranormal" games to come out before the SAO ones for sure. I feel like fi I tried to do it all at once and overload my work schedule, nothing at all would ever get done and you'd probably see a bunch of "Abandoned"/ "Hiatus" tags because I can't get to them all lol
Don't force yourself dude! It was mostly idle talk, and doing even ONE game is clearly a lot of insane efforts, so putting realistic goals is probably better to start off, but best of luck regardless whatever you try

So my take on everything is... actually... to be honest.. Even tho i watched the series, I dont hold SAO in high regards. I could point out all the negative things about everything that bothers me about it. (story plots, characters, world building etc) But there is no point because you obviously seem to enjoy SAO and hold it in high regard, thus it would be kinda disrespectful to talk it down.
So. I take your point and will just answer that Me Myself wouldnt enjoy the girls going baslistic and start stealing kirito away. Im glad that Fujino Sensei doesnt go this road. Nor most of the SAO doujinshis.
Also yea, most of the NTR plots are overused but in the end its all about the process until the results.
And for this SAO parody, they are quite satisfying so far.

Yeah, it's clear we see SAO and its characters/plots in different ways, and granted I DO know it's not a masterpiece nor are their character flawless (Which is ironic as a long of bling haters shout about Kirito being 'perfect' but he's probably the most flawed character of the series, the entire point about it is how he's constantly fucking up and blaming himself for shit outside his control after all, especially when he causes pain to people he cares about, from breaking Suguha's heart to letting Eugeo die), but I suppose as someone who actually read the novels before the anime became mainstream I just feel more strongly about it than the average internet person XP
I wouldn't call any of the NTR plots using in this game 'satisfying' at all myself, but I do admit that for as dumb as they can be they're still miles ahead the average SAO NTR doujin, and you actually CAN feel the effort and dedication Fujino put in them, which I can respect, plus I admire Fujino as a person with the lengths he went through to keep making his games so you could say I started out as a disliker of NTR that just wanted to check out some decent Suguha Hentai and now I'm a Fujino fan that can easily put up with the dumb NTR logic because I think he does amazing work on top of great H-scenes :3
As mentioned earlier, my only personal disappointment is how he suddenly went that unexpected direction with Suguha in the previous update before seemingly completely dropping it or acting like it never happened in the last one, especially because it seems clearly to have been because of the whole issues with trying to please everyone back and forth, I would have preferred he just didn't try teasing Suguha taking 'power' into her own hands and started to go down the Yandere Route in that case to not having gotten my hopes up
