Not all but some, the thing is thers's no much space in NTR for surprises or consequences, what you describe here as good ending is the oblivious MC normal ending, that's even possible tbh, worse than that is the netorase ending where Kirito will lick her used pussy also possible, Fujino's game.
But with this last update Fujino had shift back to Kirito, because Asuna is done he came up with somewhat good excuse for her but sound like BS if think for 2 seconds, Fujino just managed to keep the ilusion of a relationship to avoid break the whole plot.
The key is the admin, look's like she want kirito for herself and Asuna was just in the way, but she dont want to be the one to tell him whats is going on, he need to find for hinself, that is why she call him stuborn for refusing to see the truth about Asuna and because the plot need to continue.

As for the main plot, everything played out more or less how I expected for Alice and Asuna. I think this update was great, especially the last scene with Asuna and Inoda. I think Asuna needed to start taking more initiative in FOG and show more disappointment in Kirito's inability to satisfy her sexually, before pursuing anything further with Inoda in real life. People always try to rush Fujino to the next big event, but I think he's handling the story progression correctly.
