Actually no King, MASSIVE correction/misunderstanding you have there: Liz DOESN'T know. I know over the course of months is easy to lose track of 'minor' things in the plot, but I would recommend a replay at some point to fully refresh your memory; during the Liz & Inoda 'alliance' plot, it's kinda a big deal that Inoda is completely lying to Lisbeth about what he has managed or how far he has gone with Asuna, Liz doesn't know about the rainy night, about the extent he can push his powers, etc. There is even a 'report' of him not that long ago after the massage where he tells her that the further he has gotten with Asuna is a kiss, and she has no reason to believe he's lying, she in fact punished him about 'wasting the precious opportunity she made for him'. The "joke" here is that this is to further make Inoda seem like some 4D chessmaster (Or Administrator's second favorite toy in this case) because at the same time he has "allied" with Liz to further his goals he's also playing her to eventually catch her off-guard and turn her into his slave-slut #3 as he has been doing with Asuna and Kyouko, the more "harmless" Liz thinks he is if he's constantly failing on her chances, the easier it's for him to get her in situations where he can start corrupting her, like the 'massage practice/spanking' he gave her not long ago.
