I agree with mos555 that everyone has their own happy ending. I basically understand that Asuna is already lost, but we still have girls. And if Kirito will periodically sleep with Alice to help her with Klein, have fun with Suguha and Liz, then I'm fine with that. Most of the game is from Kirito's perspective. But there are times we watch scenes from Inoda or Asuna's perspective. I would not consider the game a netori game.
