We won't be seeing anymore Hebishima x Suguha or any Hebishima most likely. If you pay attention to the game you notice Sinon is working with a doctor to do some brain surgery on Hebishima before he leaves the hospital. So either he will be become a vegetable or Sinon's sex toy or both.

In fact, I don't think Fujino originally gave her a role greater than Hebeshima's whore. That's why it's hard to judge her feelings, in the scene with Suguha, we are given the choice of who will win based on who has high affection. And since it's implemented like that, Fujino simply had nothing to base it on to give Sinon high affection. In fact, Sinon is very cold to Kirito almost the entire game. The only moment is the end of Hebeshima's plot, when she said that she would remember our kindness and that's it.
