If it's a Tokyo Monday, then it's when Fujino is usually free from work. This is usually in the evenings around 7pm JST at the earliest. What this ends up meaning is that it's going to be in the ungodly early hours in the morning or it'll be noon for others on Monday. So if you're PST the update at the earliest will be at 2am PST. But it's more likely to happen a little later, so it'd be around 5am PST.

It turns out that they are both to blame. If Fujino did not change the old canon, then they have been together for 4 years. Apparently, Asuna and Kirito don't understand that routine can destroy any relationship.
