Yeah, honestly, Inoda is the least likely candidate for her without it being total garbage story-wise. If I had to bet on a bad ending for her, it’s either council powerplay or Kirito himself actively turning her down, which would make her snap and go for someone else (or chain him in some dungeon )

Pretty much, unless Fujino throws a 180º out of nowhere and completely throws away the entirety of how her story has been developed so far, Inoda could never get his hands in Suguha at all, nor is even a distant priority in his mind. No offense to anyone who thought otherwise, but it WAS very obvious from the beginning even without looking at datamined things that Liz was gonna end up under Inoda, besides being actively part of the main story (Unlike Suguha), she directly got involved with him with her stupid plan (And he WAS tricking her while doing so without any effort), plus accumulating his rage AND he was constantly commenting how despite hating her character and insulting her he still found her hot, both actively and in his blog, so yeah.

The thing that most people here don't seem to get is that there will be NO "happy ending" for Kirito at all, no matter how much they wanna fantasize about it or delude themselves in doing so, this is STILL a Fujino NTR game and the 2 endings were set in stone ages ago. Ironically, the ONLY who can 'maybe' have a 'happy ending' that doesn't involve becoming a NTR-ed slut is Suguha, but it can only be if, as Fujino has done until now, her continuing to bounce on her Onii-chan's dick whenever she wants is still framed as something BAD for Kirito, which some people don't seem to realize is the only way Fujino has continued to develop that plot of hers...she's actively raping her unaware "big brother" to satisfy her twisted desires and even actively hindering his sexual activities with his girlfriend when doing so XD

Plus, him rejecting her and her snapping to go for someone else wouldn't make sense, even beyond the obvious, because if THAT happened she would first instead try to reveal Asuna is cheating on him as at that point she would have nothing to lose, so yeah, ironically the only way it can end "well" for Suguha is if she never actually tries to tell him for real how she feels and just tries to keep riding him in secret, or keeps tempting him and makes HIM snap, then guilt-trips him into having a secret affair or something XP

there's still that 10% chance of it happening. fujino sensei added sinon to his harem, and leafa was already there. maybe alice will join too. yeah, ik he'll lose both asuna and liz, but doesn’t having more reliable and stronger people than asuna and liz make up for it?

besides, think about it... if fujino sensei had already decided on a bad ending for kirito, why would he bother adding sinon to his harem? it doesn’t make sense unless he’s trying to build something better for kirito too. he knows how much kirito’s fans care about him. suguha, for example, is already looking out for him, and what if she decides to step up and take advantage of the situation? at least she’s honest and wouldn’t betray him like asuna in this game, who’s clearly cheating and just making excuses for it. in the end, kirito will realize who truly supports him, and fujino sensei might just be setting the stage for that. i still believe that there's a chance of happy ending for kirito

So. I played the last update again and what sticks to my mind that Liz gave Asuna that device to get back on Inoda. I read here some theory that this thing will hinder Inoda to have sex with Asuna. I thought about this and it could be that Inoda won't be able to fuck Asuna but will drive her ingame crazy with oral, fingering, etc.... so that there will be an opportunity in real life where Asuna couldn't hold it together and everything progresses in rl. And It would be pretty Inoda like to hide her Vibrator so she couldn't satisfy herself anymore.

That's the thing though, there is no "his harem" at ALL, and I say this as a fan of Kirito and someone that was very happy for the route Suguha took from her original route midway through Part 2 (As she's my second favorite character and I'm a big KiriSugu fan), is just 2 different girls taking complete advantage of him and gaslighting him for their own ends. Suguha at the very least DOES genuinely love him in her own very twisted way, but hilariously because of how awful literally everyone else is towards him in this game (Minus Klein and Agil), she still comes out on top as being the one doing the most for his wellbeing in the whole game. Sinon sees him as entertainment at best and a person of interest at worst, and she's already being targeted by someone else in the council of the Administrator Iluminati who wants her out of the way, so I wouldn't be hoping for a good ending for her either (If anything Fujino is just once again trying to create some forced relationship with Kirito because their canon relationship doesn't exist to enforce more the 'not-really-NTR' feeling when she gets screwed over by the plot). The one thing we gotta hope for is that her current partnership with Sugu doesn't causes her to be dragged down alongside Sinon when the other plot-device evil characters screw her over, really.

The point is, the entire reason those plots are allowed to exist is because they're basically being portrayed as BAD for Kirito, which realistically they are because they're just gonna hasten the dead of his 'relationship' with Asuna/make Asuna fall into Inoda's dick faster. Hell, you can't even count the Alice and Klein plot as anything GOOD for him, Klein just wants him to fuck Alice because he has been basically brainwashed into becoming a cuck and Alice into being a slut, Alice basically is now a whore that takes any and all dicks available to her for self-justified dumb reasons under the orders of her true 'master', even if she DID end up fucking Kirito it would just be a disappointing quick thing to hammer how much of a cuck Klein is and how much Kirito is being corrupted, then she would be going off to get fucked by 3 other dicks wherever her master wants her.

There IS a reason why the closest to a happy end regarding the main plot that has been CONFIRMED by Fujino himself is "Kirito doesn't know anything", because at least he will be in an ignorance is bliss situation of how screwed everything around him is. Ironically, again, the only one that can get SOMETHING resembling a true 'happy end' is Suguha, and only if she sticks with not actually revealing what she's doing to Kirito or if she guilt-trips him into sex, if she tries to do ANYTHING beyond that then the rules of Fujino's NTR-verse will kick in and screw her over :O

you’re seeing this from the perspective that fujino sensei’s world is just designed to break kirito down entirely, but i don’t think that’s the whole picture. this game is a lot different from his other games. sure, a lot of the relationships seem manipulative, sinon using him as entertainment, alice being reduced to a pawn, and klein essentially being brainwashed to the point he became a cuck. but isn’t that exactly why characters like suguha stand out? suguha isn’t perfect, but she’s genuinely been doing more for kirito than anyone else in this game. while asuna is busy cheating with pignoda and making excuses for it, and sinon has her own agenda, suguha at least shows care and consistency. even if it’s “twisted love” like you said, that’s still miles ahead of whatever asuna and liz are doing...

i agree with your point about the “not really ntr” dynamic being fujino sensei’s way of showing kirito’s downfall, but i don’t think adding sinon or building suguha’s role is just random or forced. if his intent was total destruction, why even bother fleshing out suguha’s care for kirito or showing her keeping an eye on him? it wouldn’t make sense to set that up unless there’s still a chance for something better, even if it’s not a perfect ending. also, i don’t think alice’s situation is as final as you make it sound. yeah, she’s messed up rn, but if kirito can pull through with someone actually on his side, like suguha or sinon stepping up, there’s still potential for redemption in her arc too. fujino sensei might lean into darker themes, but that doesn’t mean everything has to end in disaster. the fact that suguha is still being positioned as someone who genuinely cares about kirito, however twisted it might seem, means there’s still a room for hope!!

I hope they both have a good ending, I would be satisfied like that. Inoda with his bitches and Kirito with his incestuous relationship/ or with a Harem, but this option is a bit difficult, after all Kirito is not the type to endure hours of fucking someone.
