I think you meant Kyouko, and lol, Liz literally JUST got raped by Inoda in the last update, it will probably take a bit before she gets another scene, and then inevitably will be getting regular ones XP As for Kyouko, who knows, unless she somehow gets trapped with Inoda and Asuna too she may not get any for a bit either, hell, as of right now of the "main plot girls" only Asuna can get H-scenes IRL for a bit as long as she's trapped in quarantine with Inoda XD

Part 1 is the beginning of the story. Part 2 is the continuation. The different parts and chapters of Part 2 are on different points in the game. You can pick the first one if you want to start from the beginning.
By going outside of the game and downloading images from different creators.
The proper way is to talk and explore around town to find all the places and activities that will increase your anxiety everyday. If you don't want to do that then install the gallery mod from the front page to get unlimited anxiety.

Well, since she’s a side character who’s been around since Part 1, she has more content than any other side character. But not as much in Part 2, because more characters were introduced. Overall, she’s second only to Asuna.

1) Towards the end of part 1, a tall girl wearing a revealing outfit [think specs 2] enters the coffeeshop and says, "he's not here" and leaves. Who is she? does she appear in part 2?
2) At the start of part 2, the first scene where kirito spies at hebishima's house, the scene is obscured by the windows. Is there a way to reveal the scene fully, or is that just how the game is?
3) Is it normal that some scenes take time to load? like during the start of part 2 with the asuna and inoda scenes it loads quickly, but the hebishima house scene took some time to load. Reminded me of how the first battles loaded for part 1.

1. Sinon. She is a important supporting character in Part 2.
2. There is no way to unobscure that scene. Some scenes with Inoda can be unobscured if you change the blue flame to green in the recollection room though.
3. This is how the game was made. In order to reduce startup time, only some resources are loaded into memory and available anytime. Other resources like for scenes are only loaded into memory when needed so it takes a while to start the first time.
