This is a bug, you shouldn't have been admitted to the hospital. I don't remember if a fix for this bug was released, but the easiest way is to start a new game with 6.13.

This is a bug, start a new game by selecting the first section and chapter 3, (06.11). Or if the error persists, select section 2 and chapter 1 (06.13)

Apparently i can still continue by just choose not to see it but just curious, anyone can fix this?
