Had the same issue, decided to reload a previous save and it turns out the reason it bugged out for me was because you're supposed to check the computer in the warehouse (the door right below her) after giving the work to the secretary in the planning department. After I did that the game progressed to night and start the next FOG event before going to the next day.

I clicked the tp but it told me I can't use it - now no1 is in the house. If you have a save around that time, would appreciate it.
