Idk, in terms of how he's portrayed in the game, I don't see an issue. He has some overweight, yes, but not enough to significantly affect his stamina. I also don't remember him getting tired while questing, so I guess he's naturally somewhat fit—plus the NTR chad buff.

If FOG transfers all real stats then Inoda is pretty fit IRL too. I don't remember him getting tired either except all-night sessions of plowing sows. He shouldn't be able to do but again that is NTR land logic.

Well yeah, we already talked about it—he could just switch to a two-month release cycle. That would give him time off when needed and allow for bigger updates. But in the end, it's up to him. Though, he’s been sick like four times in the last year? idk if that's normal.

We are TOLD he is unhealthy and by real world standards he should be unhealthy based on his lifestyle. But we never SEEN his health bothering him, besides ugliness. Yes I know it goes back to NTR logic but IRL we never seen him out of breath, we seen him carry Asuna to bed and fuck her all night. If we only judge his health by his actions he seems to have a fairly healthy body IRL so it does seem like FOG does reflect what his body like in IRL.

Well, ironically, Japanese takeaway food would probably be considered healthy compared to Europe and especially the US.
