There is no different content between the versions. Saikey version allows you to rename the characters to avoid the SAO references. Also it is better optimized so there is less crashes. Also the gallery mod is made to use the Saikey version. Overall it is the better version.

Well, it’s not very obvious since it happens on the overworld map, but for example, when Inoda meets Asuna by the hotel, he approaches and kisses her, she scolds him, and then feels embarrassed afterwards. It’s usually small scenes like this—at least that’s my take on it.

It says 1 CG, but yeah, generally expecting that any Asuna FOG scenes will be extremely small/tame. The only way it won't be is if Asuna breaks and fucks up the ritual herself rofl.
