The last Cg pf the new update. he didnt finish in time for this months release so he will release it next week,
Since deepl translation calls Friday a finale, then a decent guess is that it's IRL sex. Amusingly enough since the Asuna POV is next week, I guess I and some others were right that March is the earliest you'll see IRL sex? Granted that assumes it is indeed an IRL sex scene. 
Also since they mention next week and how they're constantly doing overtime, it wouldn't surprise me if this gets delayed for about a week instead of like March 3rd release.

About 24 hours after the post SixDates posted is about when the update will go live. Do your own math for yourself on when that will be.
Unfortunately some scenes will be missing, so if you want the full experience, you'll have to wait about 3 - 7 more days it might be.

Was Fujino talking about Asuna's POV specifically for the new update or for the previous one? I think it would be nice to see the POV from the cave.

Either there won't be an Asuna PoV for that, or he's talking about Asuna's PoV for a new scene in the upcoming update. I don't see him mentionning the previous cave scene without specifying it unless it's a really big workload for him or something
